Digital Turnaround Management System

ADNOC Polymers' strategic initiative to digitalize their Turnarounds enabling them to significantly reduce downtimes, achieve higher productivity and faster Turnaround completions. ADNOC Polymers aim to achieve faster Operations-start using our Digital Turnaround Management System.

Plant Operations Management System

ADNOC Polymers' IT/OT integration based digitalization intiative aimed at a comprehensive digitalization of their Plant Operations focusing on:
- Integration of IoT and sensors to achieve real-time equipment KPIs and increased operational efficiency.
- Advanced Data Analytics enabling faster decision-making capabilities.
- Centralized Dashboards for increased visibility
- Training and Support

Unmanned Operations of NEB Oilfield

ADNOC's Digitalization roadmap for the Onshore business aimed at digitalizing the operations of the onshore oil fields focusing on the below aspects:
- Installation of Automation sensors and Control Systems reducing the need for on-site personnel and increasing on-site safety.
- Implementation of AI and ML algorithms for anomaly detection and predictive operations and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Establishment of a new Centralized Command Center aimed at improving operations insights and enabling cost-savings with reduced personnel on-site.

VR Training Platform

ADNOC Offshore identified the need for a Virtual Reality training platform to be implemented at their corporate VR center.
- This project was aimed at establishing safe training environments for all their on-site teams.
- Photorealistic VR models were used to design the training platform enabling real-world user experiences for training purposes.
- Reduced costs and increased safety achieved over the years using safe training environments recreating dangerous on-site conditions especially for offshore operation teams.

3D Engineering Review System

Petroleum Development of Oman identified the need to streamline their engineering review processes with their global EPC teams using the Siemens Walkinside technology helping them achieve:
- Improved Design accuracy and shorter design review cycles
- Safer training environments and reduced training costs
- Faster time-to-competency

Operations Excellence System

Operations Excellence platform: Saudi Aramco's digitalization initiative aimed at increasing operational visibility within the organization with centralized dashboards for various organizational teams and hierarchy levels
